What they are for

Only two uses: the call that confirms the order, and the delivery itself. We keep them encrypted, and the one company that sees them is the distributor sending your parcel.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, whether it comes from orders or from browsing, and we send no advertising.

Measuring visits

The shop keeps its own aggregate count of visits, with no names attached. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which shows us the pages opened, the clicks and how far each page is scrolled, so we can fix what gets in the way.

Clarity may store its own measurement cookies in your browser. Clarity cannot see the name and mobile fields: whatever you type there never reaches it.

Deleting your data

Send the order's mobile number to hola@limpera.shop and within 30 days we erase what we hold, keeping only the records the law obliges us to retain.
